What I need or require: Complete front-end redesign of an existing platform as a service system. The new UI must have a very strong visual appeal and slick interactivity due to the industry targeted. Those requirements most likely necessitate the use of Flash, however, we are open to other solutions provided they fulfill the above-mentioned objectives. If Flash is used, we prefer the use of "canned" Flash components in order to expedite and simplify the development. Under that scenario, we have a list of 3rd party components that address all of our needs and would like to see visually/functionally modified and "stitched together" in a manner that meets the core objective of this project. The back-end is PHP and MySQL.
What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: Front-end design only needed, however, we are open to receiving additional quotes for the back-end integration too.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Upon completion, the front end must be in a state ready to be tied to the back end without any additional work.
Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Flash integration with PHP and MySQL.
Timeframe for delivery: 2 weeks, with a possibility of 1 additional week extension added to the development time (however, the use of the extra time is highly undesirable)

In additional to the outside pages, we will also need designs for the inside pages of the planner, i.e. when a user registers and logs into her account. Please use "developer" both as username and password to explore that part of the system. We do not need to keep the current layout with vertical tabs on both sides.
jQuery Tools seem to have 90% of what we are looking for, so if you have experience with jQuery, please forward samples. Some limited Flash components will most likely still be required.
