Description: Add on to a website to track clients as well as manage their own information. Tracking needs to be implemented to log all site activity. 3 levels of access: Full admin, limited admin to control their own set of users and the end user themselves.

Also need to allow user to download specific files that only they can access on an individual basis AFTER login/authentication.

Current site is on IIS with SQL database. Prefer a .NET language but open to other suggestions.
