Well here it is in a nutshell.
CUSTOMER SIDE:
I want a site built that will allow customers to get quotes from sign companies. The customer fills out a form after they become a free member. This form makes sure it answers all the questions that every sign company who wants to bid gets all the details, they can also ask for more details. Along with the form they can upload any info or logos. Then this is sent to my registered sign companies and they are able to bid against themselves by naming their price to the customer. Once the customer agrees on a company to make his sign, he then pays the amount to my company who holds the money in escrow. I then give 50% to the sign company and tell them they won. I give them their contact information and they begin the sign design and creation. When the customer closes the job, he rates the sign company, in which then I release the rest of the money to the sign company minus my percentage charges.
SIGN COMPANYS' SIDE:
The sign company has three level plans. Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Silver- Free, They can only bid on 5 categories, and we take a 15% charge, customer can only see assigned number for sign companies information and rating.
Gold- $59/mo., they can bid unlimited categories, we take a 11% charge, customer can see sign companies name and rating.
Platinum- $99/mo., they can bid unlimited categories, we take a 7% charge, customer can see sign companies information, online portfolio, and rating.
