Let me give an overview. We have clinic every morning and evening we call it AM & PM sessions. These are every day Mon-Fri. So in a week we have 10 session. Each session has two parts Panel and Walk In . Residents are assigned to these panels and walk in sessions depending on which speciality of medicine they are working for that month. There are few other parameters also which decide in which session residents will work. Currently we are doing this manually and we check each comdition.
