We run a subscription based web site for Mortgage Lenders and Real Estate Appraisers. Essentially, the site allows a Mortgage Lender to prequalify their loan applicants value in their homes and then assign the appraisal job to a real estate appraiser. The front pages are essentially done but the membership pages are still not looking as good as they could. Lot's of graphic design errors, user interface errors and some functions are not working as they should. It is about 85% done. Budget range for these fixes are $500 to $550.
