Description:	I would like to find a web development company that can handle this project without any outsourcing. I'm prepared to start ASAP. I have set up a budget and have the cash in reserve. I don't think it's to my advantage to disclose these numbers at this time. That said ,I will assure you I'm well seasoned in the cost of web development. This brief I have provided is a good description of the overall project. There will be changes to each example I have provided but it will be minimal. I will be providing the domains, hosting including the payment gateway. What I would like from you is a educated estimate for this project. I'm looking for a fresh new design that is professional and clean. I want to add I'm hearing impaired and the phone is very challenging to me so I prefer email or text as our communication platform. I'm looking to build a site that consist of social networking like Facebook. A listing page like Backpage.com and a intergraded auction like ebid.com. I want to also be able to run a photo contest where the viewer votes for the winner. All these things integrated into on professionally designed site. It must be clean and good clean navigation site with few if any graphics. I've not decided on colors but want something relaxing and pleasing to the eyes. Social site: I gave a example of Facebook only because I like the cleanness and navigation of this site. This page would be the landing page with options to navigate to the others, auction and contest. Classified Page: I like Backpage.com build along the line as Craigslist.org. I do not want a clone of either but a cool fresh design based on the simplicity of both these sites. Auction page: I like ebid.Nashville.gov it's a clean will navigated site. There are a lot of open source scripts out there but this is a good example of what I like. I also like the fact that un like eBay when a bid in places with in the last 2 min of the auction ending it automatically extend the auction for 5 min. Photo contest page: I envision this page being like greatamericanphotocontests.com I like the simple look it offers.
