Description:	Online form Flash actionscripting to verify email address which is entered into the form by the user. Email is then sent to user with link to new page. The users email address also needs sending to me so I can follow up the lead. Form needs to appear as a Flash/SWF file in an HTML page and use ASP on the Windows Server to send pre-populated message to the user and send the users email address to my email address. Files (source files) need to be supplied so can make design changes to the Flash file and text changes to the pre-populated message in the future.
