Description: I am requiring a new website to be designed.

Basically it will be a business orientated website.

1. One section will host files that will be accessible by a user name and password. Access needs to be tracked, including number of downloads by each user etc The file area needs to have a high level of security that only legitimate users can access.

2. Another section giving general information about the services offered, contact info etc

It needs to look very professional, clean and quick!
