Description: I need a website where members can create individual groups to share common information. Each group member will be able to set up their user name and password for entry to the information.
Each group leader must be able to send information to members of their group in one email.
Group members must be able to pay membership fees (money) to the group leader using paypal or debit/credit cards.
A report showing each payment details (Date, Amount and Payee)
The site will be similar to a combination of "Meet Up" and "Fund it"
