Description: Need a project management template on Excel - specifically a dynamic resource planning sheet. Yes, MS Project is good but I would like native Excel for this document. If you already have a template then this is an easy task for you!
-This sheet will have two input tables:
(task dates, task resources)
-across several time periods
The resource planner should dynamically map out the tasks like a GANTT chart and measure the resource conflicts per time period. It should identify conflicts per work stream and overall as well, both explicitly and through conditional color coding of cells.
