Description: I own a men's enhancement product named El Torito (young Bull) in which I want to make a 30 second flash or animated commercial to advertise for men and women to place in my website and youtube. Its a 100 % natural product. I do not have a story line yet for a commercial but I have a poster that tells all. Its catered to the latin market. I have him in a green environment because its a naturally made stimulant. I may need the animation to talk in the commercial for 20 seconds. Do I need to send a story line first or can I get a quote based on what I have expressed. Thanks
