Description:	Looking for a website created for apartment rentals. Would be membership based for landlords, fee based. Needs database to keep track of registerd users with all contact information and logo designed as well. Here is a list of features I will require: Database Search Engine: I require the ability to search listings according to State, City, and details (bedrooms, house/apartment type, price). I expect to have 15000 listings at a maximum. Mapping Capability: I also require the user to be able to select a location on a map or enter a city and see the listings in the database as hits on the map, once these hits have been moused over it will display price, bedrooms, and apartment type. The user must click on this preview to see the full listing profile Listing Profile: Display 5 pictures (1 big picture and 4 tumbnail, once user selects or mouse over thumbnail it displays in the big picture window) as a slideshow of each listed apartment, short description, list of amenities and location in google maps. If user does not mouse over thumbnail then slide show will resume as noremal. Paypal payment gateway: I require the ability for landlords to make payments via paypal. Downloadable PDF forms: I require the ability for users to be able to download lease agreement forms, landlord/tenant faq forms, etc. (content will be provided) Contact Us forms: User friendly forms to contact us.
