Description:	I currently run a website (ask me for the website name in the message board). that brokers license plates. I am now looking to automate that system. I would like to have the listing on the tags automated depending on type and then have their info go into a manageable database. Also have once someone makes an offer that it is automatically sent to the buyer as well as the admin. Then the seller could either accept or counter. Mush like the fixed ebay auction that uses the best offer option. I would like a search function and also when the tag lists on the site that it shows a little thumbnail on the tag. I would also like to have the tags listed all together and not one page for one tag initially but if they are interested it will then take it to an individual page where they can make an offer. The ability to have them add a picture of the tag when they go to list the tag. Please take a look at the site first so you can understand what I am trying to do. Sorry I am such a laymen.
